Signed up for the practice on Monday evening, and went to the walk-in clinic on Tuesday morning. Was seen within half an hour, and was referred for a minor procedure the same day at the practice. Could not have asked for a faster turnaround time. Dr Chandan was very reassuring and helpful, and scheduled a follow up call to check in.

I have seen Dr Chandan on a number of occasions now and have always found him to be very proactive. He conducts his consultations with confidence and politeness, which is very reassuring. He listens and advises, but has never pressurises. I saw him for a cortisone injection, which was completed in a very gentle, slick and painless manner, with the pros and cons having been discussed first. He always follows up the consultations afterwards.

I have had to visit Dr Chandon a number of times during the past few years following diagnosis and treatment for Bladder Cancer and Cardiac Problems. Such matters of course have greatly concerned/worried me. Dr Chandon has always shown great understanding as to my feelings and always goes that "extra mile" to reassure if he feels that such reassurance is justified. He is always polite, and welcoming. Easy to talk to and does not rush you. Now in my mid 70's, I have to say that when being treated by Dr Chandon, it reminds me of how in my younger days the family GP was so valued and appreciated. Despite all of today's pressure upon GP's Dr Chandon, as I have stated still goes the "extra mile"
